Nearest A&E from Boundary Park
John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford OX3 9DU. Open 24 hours · 01865 741166 · approx. 15.7 miles / 35 minutes. Ambulance access is through the double gates to the right of the pavilion, between the bin storage and the bicycle shelter — managers have the key code (what3words: rentals.clarifies.falls).
Injury on matchday
- 1.Stop the game. Dial 999 from any mobile, even if locked — follow the emergency dialling prompts.
- 2.All HHYFC managers and coaches hold at least an FA Emergency First Aid certificate; call the nearest one to assist.
- 3.At Boundary Park the defibrillator is on the right-hand corner of the pavilion facing the car park (what3words: brings.pacemaker.blanket).
- 4.Complete the club incident report and notify the Welfare Officer.

Safeguarding concern
- 1.Do not investigate. Write down what was said or seen, with times and names.
- 2.Report to the Club Welfare Officer — welfare@hhyfc.info . No action is not an option.
- 3.If a child is at immediate risk, call 999 (101 for non-urgent Police).

Parent complaint
- 1.Stage 1 is direct resolution — listen, take notes, and try to resolve it with the person involved.
- 2.If unresolved, ask them to put it in writing to the Club Welfare Officer within 28 days using the club complaint form.
- 3.Complaints are never accepted or acknowledged via social media.

Pitch or weather issue
- 1.Check the the coach's whatsapp group for home games or check with Away team coach before travelling.
- 2.Groundsman or referee make the call on matchday.
- 3.Notify the opposition manager and the referee immediately.

Referee no-show or dispute
- 1.Games can go ahead with a parent/coach as referee.
- 2.Never publicly criticise or confront a match official — it breaches the Code of Conduct.
- 3.Raise any concern formally afterwards via the FA match report.
